Key Assets
Killingdal
Killingdal is Norvegen Group’s flagship asset, a historic copper–zinc mine with more than 120 years of production and significant district-scale exploration potential. The project is planned to be developed with a strong focus on responsible mining, including environmental protection, efficient use of resources, and engagement with local communities and stakeholders.
Planned activities include pilot production to assess restart potential, alongside innovative approaches such as multi-metal extraction from mine water, enabling early-stage value recovery, reducing environmental impact, and supporting a phased development approach.
Snøfjell
The Snøfjell project builds on recent beryllium discoveries in the region, with additional potential for zirconium and rare earth elements. The project is highly relevant for aerospace, defence, and advanced manufacturing applications.
The project is planned to be advanced in stages to further define and confirm exploration and appraisal targets. A small-scale pilot phase could contribute meaningfully to global beryllium supply, highlighting its importance as a potential future European source.
Sibirien
Sibirien is a priority gold exploration project located in Grong, Nord-Trøndelag, within a complex geological setting where mineralisation is associated with sulphide-bearing quartz veins and shear zones. The project is supported by historical discoveries and recent field observations, with multiple targets identified across the district.
Gold mineralisation is interpreted to follow major geological structures, with potential for high-grade gold within a district-scale mineralised system. The project is planned to be advanced through staged exploration to confirm gold potential and guide further development prior to larger investment decisions.
Malm
The historic Malm mine, located in Steinkjer municipality in Trøndelag, and discovered in 1906, is an iron-dominated system with copper and zinc mineralisation, and potential for additional associated metals. The area also hosts mine water resources with potential for geothermal energy generation.
Development is planned in stages, including early recovery of metals from mine water alongside potential geothermal energy utilisation, supporting an integrated minerals and energy approach prior to further scale-up.

The Company
A multi-district platform spanning proven mineral systems and historical mining regions.
Norvegen Group AS was established in Trøndelag in 2021, at the centre of one of Norway’s core mining and mineral exploration regions. Since inception, the company has built one of the country’s largest licence portfolios, including historical mines, documented discoveries, and mineral deposits.
The leadership team consists of experienced executives from the mining, energy and oil and gas industries, combining technical, operational, and commercial expertise.
Our Strategy
We identify high-potential opportunities, fast-track the restart of historical mines through pilot production, validate them through drilling, and scale what works.
Focus on high-quality opportunities across proven mineral regions from our portfolio
De-risk projects through targeted drilling and technical validation
Accelerate timelines through pilot production of historical mines
Create early value through resource definition and initial production
Enable early value realisation via partnerships, partial divestments, and structured exits
Deliver early returns to shareholders through selective asset sell-downs, while retaining long-term upside through royalty income from future production and strategic interests.
